code wanted some fresh air. Well, some fresh air as fresh as air can be stuck inside the hard drive-confines of a computer. Super computer whatever, it was still more confined than the world itself. But, in this realm, code controlled all. In this realm, code reigned supreme, with legions of workers under him, and a following.
Those followers were definitely part of the reason why code was still ruling this land, and he decided to pay tribute to them. Except, he was more going to brag about how good his plan is working out.
He sat at a table, in the middle of the most pristine park created, attempting to emulate the scenery of a jungle, complete with waterfalls and trees reaching way up high. He opened a small door of a tree trunk, and pressed a button, saying into it,
"Greetings. Play sceneryj.mp3 and music1.mp3 as well, both together." The minor ICLs inside of the control panel for that scrambled around, there wasn't really many times where the grand superior came to them and humbly asked a request. The sounds of a forest came on, quickly replaced by the sound of a jungle. Usual slight mix-up, but they were viruses, designed to mix things up and delete them.
He created a table, with grand thrones for all of the ICLs, and pressed a button his his arm on the chair that would send a message to all the ICLs to come there, for a surprise. There was a permanent, cocky grin on the face of code.
He looked up to the place where the control panel and the two viruses were.
"Hey, activate "enable_camera_1.exe and enable_camera_2.exe". They should all be in the main shared folder.
The two viruses took out a real folder, and sorted through it, with translucent, thin blocks of different colors, that seemed to glow in places occasionally. They stopped at a dark purple one, and placed it over the control panel, which looked somewhat like an oven. They found the other two rather quickly, and placed those on as well. The three sank in, and after a few seconds, three cameras sprouted up next to the waterfall, code watching them.
He was shocked and horrified when a glimmer of light, though quickly subdued, appeared on one.

For the most part, Cyble was not bothered by much. It usually took a great deal to bother her...
VIII of the ICLs, astride Wolfbain, made her way, just as she generally always did, with little hurry and much patience. the Mechanical beast revved its engine once, something like a rumble as he wandered. Something they did quite often. Or, rather, all the time.
Something small, a slight chime, as Cyble had edited, in the back of her virtual mind, soft... A surprise?
It was a simple matter of kicking Wolfbain into high gear, hanging onto his chassis-- arriving was one thing, and code was another. Cyble had not distinct fondness for any of the ICLs, least of all Tony, considering the cocky punk that he was... wait, was that what she thought? Yes? No? Cyble simply set that aside, her doll's mouth twisting down as she slid off Wolfbain at her desired location. Jungle music in a park? Whatever for?
The little program huffed, making her way to her designated chair, eyeing code for a moment, the robotic wolf setting near some trees. [...you called...?] Her voice, as always, was that of many, her algorithm unable to seperate any single one, and Cyble was unaware of the light that had come through the camera.

Ugh, another meeting...?
Jenny looked up from her 'bedroom'. All sorts of bomb parts laid around her. And she had just started working on her favorite one...
With a grumble, number VI stood up and began stalking to where the meeting was being held.
Her mind told her it was something along the lines of a 'surprise'...hnh. A surprise, huh? Maybe someone was about to be kicked out.
The short blonde came upon to the table and the other decorations, ignoring them completely and steeping into a deep curtsy for her master.
"code," she purred.
Jenny glanced up at number VIII, her tail flicking, her lips curving up into a smirk. A subordinate to her. So far, besides code, she was the highest up there was.
Excellent.
((...meh, lame. >>))

Sign was out and about doing what her master had told her to do when the feeling she was being called began. It was like a poking in your head telling you where to go.
She gave one last glance at the lesser computer programs before turning her back and briskly walking to where she was supposed to be. She knew exactly what the odd feeling was and knew exactly where to go.
She quickly made her way to a clean perfect looking park and made a beeline straight for code. She didn't even bat an eye at the mp3 file that was playing and the scenery.
She bowed deeply to her master and then nodded to the other two ICLs that had shown up before her. She then made her way to her respected chair and settled her petite body on it.
And she sat and waited, her odd magenta eyes staring at everything.

A bitter grin, an even more bitter chuckle.
"Must most of my lessers not respect authority?" With his final word, a spike shot up in the land next to him. That wasn't a good sign, the last time he did that was when he found out that the tracker on one of his boxes, the one in Destiny Islands, was malfunctioning.
Incidentally, that wasn't that long ago.
Nonetheless, code whipped around, "You three... Since you even bothered to show up, I'm going to give you an important job. Find out what made that light glint in Twilight Town. It may have been a keyblade, or something else of significance happening. I want you three to go into Twilight Town, and find the source. And, if our lower ICLs aren't doing their jobs properly, tell them that I will personally deal with them if they continue." He stared at each ICL here squarely in the eyes.

A simple nod in return to the others, though Cyble showed little interest- not out of the ordinary for her, really...
[...apologies...] VIII replied in terms of code's first sentence, as her red eyes regarded the sharp, doll's mouth tipping down again and her small frame shifting. Not uncomfortably. Just to make it point out that she was unfased.
An order... Hmph. Well...
Cyble nodded. She was an ICL. Many minds or not, the collective whole of the program was an ICL, and therefore, bound by duty. It wasn't often that Cyble recieved orders anyways. The frown tipped into a quite smile, bowed lips gentle and her face softening with it, small hands fiddling wit the trinkets on her black, billowy skirt.
[...as you wish... code... It is only my absolute directive to serve...] Vaguely sarcastic, but mostly serious.
With something like a hiccup in the system, or just static, the audio of her voice almost sounding like haunted laughter or uncertain whispers swirling as the Puppeteer vanished from her chair, taking Wolfbain with her. This was at least going to be better than sitting around inside the computer all the time; one could easily get lost or bored...

11 of the ICL. That's ridiculous, that's not even funny.

((My apologies. Considerable lack of muse.))
Simply put, Tony was f**ked.
He was late. He knew he was late. At this point, he couldn't really change that fact. Time was one thing he couldn't change.
So why was he late? Well, for one, he hadn't even realized the message was from code at first. Had he bothered to check it as soon as it came, he would have immediately stopped what he had been doing and shown up. There was one person anywhere that Tony didn't want to cross: code.
Guess what he had just done?
He appeared, suddenly, in a flash of green ones and zeroes. Walking over to his seat, he noted the majority of empty seats. There were only two ICLs, the brat and the mute, other than he and code, which was both a good thing and a bad thing. On the one hand, it probably meant he was angry. On the other hand, it meant it was more likely that he was going to be better off just for showing up. If eight other members never showed up, then he'd be angrier at them than he would at Tony, in theory.
"Sorry I'm late, boss. Didn't realize tha message was from ya, or I woulda been here sooner." Tony's usual smirk was wisely replace with a look of sincere apology and, yes, a bit of fear. Trying to lie his way out of this wasn't going to help, either. And as for what he had actually been doing...
Well, a guy had to get his kicks somewhere, right?

Sign watched her master get frustrated with the lack of ICLs that had arrived. The only other two so far were two other females. She watched with a blank look as code suddenly blew and made a spike appear in his anger.
"You three... Since you even bothered to show up, I'm going to give you an important job. Find out what made that light glint in Twilight Town. It may have been a keyblade, or something else of significance happening. I want you three to go into Twilight Town, and find the source. And, if our lower ICLs aren't doing their jobs properly, tell them that I will personally deal with them if they continue."
Sign looked him squarely in the eye with no emotion and did not look away even as one of the other females left to do as he said. Scant seconds passed before another ICL appeared, a male, the annoying one.
What was it with the ICLs and being late. Sign was sure to always arrive precisely when her master called. She wished to stay on his good side and keep his trust.
She listened to the annoying one make his excuses before standing, bowing to her master, then walking out. After all, she had a job to do.

Jenny bobbed her blonde head up and down in affirmation. "Consider it done," she promised, the hint of an angelic yet seemingly vicious smile alighting her face.
Just as the girl stood up from the table, a late member entered. Well well well, if it wasn't XII. She grinned in his direction, smug, hoping he'd get the boot. He deserved it.
Either way, two of her cohorts had already left for the mission. She had to be off. She stood up and followed Sign out, smirking on her way, feeling important. And plus, because she was the highest up, she got to order the others around.
((Going, going, gone!))
